Schuylkill Valley took sole possession of the third place seed in Division II.

High Point Boosters (High Point) – 40
Kleffel Moving & Storage (S. Valley) – 39

The Eagles entered on top of Division II tied with Wyomissing. Kleffel Moving & Storage inched away from a win, but it was High Point on top by a one-point margin.

6/18:
Apella Wealth (Wilson) – 40
Savage Auto Group (Gov. Mifflin) – 33

Both teams entered undefeated on top of Division I; the winner would claim sole possession of the top seed.

All-around scoring on both teams defined the game, and the Bulldogs’ depth netted them the seven-point victory.

Nechar Mercado had 11 for Apella Wealth. Ian Fleming, one of few who return for Mifflin this season, totaled 13.

Two players had 20-point performances: Mason Rogers for High Point (21) and Danny Fleischood (20) for the Spartans.

The Eagles came out with a double-digit margin of victory, improving to 5-0. The Spartans fell to 4-1.

6/25:
Berks Packing (Berks Catholic) – 58
Apella Wealth (Wilson) – 50

Berks Catholic and Wilson have produced incredible matchups in both Ron Krick and BCIAA play recently. The Bulldogs defeated the Saints in the 2024 Ron Krick Memorial League Championship, while the Saints took both regular season matchups.

The Saints claimed victory, ending Apella Wealth’s unbeaten streak, though they couldn’t quite knock them off their post. Berks Packing is now just half a game back after their win to finish the first half of the season.

Kingston McKoy scored half of Berks Packing’s points with a league-high 29. Connor Moreland had 17 for the Bulldogs.

Outstanding Performances:

Kingston McKoy, the reigning BCIAA Player Of the Year, has stood out as the best player in the Ron Krick Memorial League. He has led in all five of Berks Packing’s games, averaging 21.8 per game.

High Point Baptist may be a small school, but Mason Rogers’ big frame has placed him at the top of the league. The 6’4″ center had 21 in a crucial win over King’s Auto Repair, as well as 16 over Naso Realty.

Carlos Torres has been another standout for High Point. The guard dropped his own 20-point game in the tense matchup with Schuylkill Valley. Torres also led in scoring in matchups with Antietam and Fleetwood.

Oley’s Evan Fisher impressed in a losing effort for Naso Realty. The Lynx fell 63-54 to Wyomissing, but Fisher scored 24.

The Lachina triplets have been a valuable asset to the young Savage Auto Group squad, but Mark Lachina has stood out particularly. The rising senior had 20 in an eight-point win over Warwick and 14 in a blowout victory against Ephrata.

6’1″ guard Mason Senna has been Fleetwood’s greatest asset. He’s led their scoring sheet twice, including a 20-point performance against Bertolet Volkswagen.
