Today, I was joined by Hayden Adams, an impressive 3-sport athlete who was the captain in field hockey, as well as track and field in her senior season. Hayden talked about managing these sports with a number of clubs and transferring between schools. She is currently committed to Franklin and Marshall for track and field.
